Existing home sale are up 5.57M units in June of 2016, that’s 2.9% increase from 5.41M units in 2015. As Millennials are representing a larger portion of the buyers in America with Gen X’ers representing the larger portion of “Move up Buyers”. These two groups are great for the Boomers who are looking to downsize.
