Nothing reminds you more of New England than the Cape Cod Architecture. This style house originated in New England in the 17th century. It was generally a story and half high, with moderately steep roof with end gables. The home was designed and built to withstand the extreme climates of New England. Form followed function in this style, very little ornamentation.

Much of my real estate career has been in buying, repairing, then selling the properties for a profit. I work for specific investment groups doing this, as well as manage a personal portfolio. The other 50% of my business is helping my neighbors, I have helped dozens of Families buy or sell their home.
