Advice for buyers and sellers, from Justin Ruzicka

Bungalow Architecture

This design originated in the countryside of South Asia.   These houses where traditionally small, one story detached with a wide veranda. The California bungalow was popular after the First World War, while the Craftsman Style is a bungalow seen across America as urban sprawl happened.

The charm these homes have is often the feature buyers fall in love with.   The open floor plan is nice for young families and wonderful for having guest over.  Grandma cooking the kitchen while the kids are playing in the back yard is how I remember growing up.
